10 Squats
10 Deadlifts @40% (sub 10 Back Extensions)
10 Alternating Toe Taps (L+R=2)
10 Second Handstand Hold (sub 20 Second Plank) (^freestand)
B)
10 x 100m Sprint + 5 Burpees or 10 x 10m Shutles +5 Burpees
– sub 30 minute walk with a heavy backpack
