Our weightlifting classes are specialised classes to help you learn and perform your Olympic lifting movements with optimum technique as well as improving your strength and overall conditioning.
These classes are included in CrossFit Plus membership but otherwise you must pay as you go to join in. Classes are held on Thursday mornings at 5am and Saturdays at 7am.
Weightlifting classes run twice per week and are included in CrossFit King PLUS membership. Otherwise it is $5/class for members and normal 10 pack passes or drop in rates apply for non-members.
These classes are more closely aligned to Olympic lifting discipline in terms of technique, movement standards and skills/drills learnt during class.
The classes are well structured and easily modified or scaled to suit different abilities and experience.
You will definitely work hard.
