Functional and intense fitness classes comprising daily workouts that constantly vary. Workouts may contain a mix of body weight gymnastics exercises, weightlifting movements and general cardiovascular activities such as running, rowing or bicycling. CrossFit is renowned for having standardised bench mark and hero workouts that may be performed at any CrossFit gym anywhere in the world.
It is important to be on time for your classes and have the opportunity to listen to the brief for your workout that day. Coaches will often give tips on technique, strategy and scaling options as well as the general organisation of the class at the beginning of each session.
Due to the nature of CrossFit methodology and intensity, please heed to coaching advice and choose weights, volume and intensity that are suitable for your level of fitness. It is in the best interest of your health and training to do this.
