CrossFit Teens

About CrossFit Teens

This class is very much a copy of adult CrossFit classes with a different flavour/culture designed to appeal for this age group.  Teens will learn weightlifting, Olympic lifting, CrossFit gymnastics exercises mixed with general fitness activities and body weight exercise.  This class is great for adolescents 13-17 years old.  It is fully inclusive and is a great method for maintaining fitness for sport or a fantastic alternative for the child who is not otherwise involved in any sport or recreational activity.

Important Information

Our Teen classes currently run on Fridays at 4.55pm.  Classes are one hour in length and involve a workout brief, a warm up, the workout itself and a cool down.

Please make sure you have a water bottle and towel for classes and that you are on time.

No phones are permitted on the gym floor and if present, it is at the owners risk.  CrossFit King takes no responsibility for the safe keeping of personal items.

Teens must not take photos or videos without permission by coaches and other students who may be featured in any material.  This requires written consent.

If you would not like any photos or videos taken by CrossFit King for promotional purposes please indicate this on your waiver and speak to us in person.
