Priya, one of our recent beginners, came to us with no previous gym experience at all. Even experienced gymgoers can get nervous walking into a new gym and CrossFit can be at the upper end of that scale for many as it involves physical and mental challenges different from those found in a regular gym. Priya has shown a determination and willingness to push herself way beyond her comfort zone and the results are showing. While we certainly celebrate the efforts of the stronger athletes, these moments are transformational for some. She often comments how encouraging and inspirational others are around her, and she always finishes her workouts with a smile and gratitude for the support.

 

Keep charging on Priya, you should be very proud of how for you’ve come in a short time and excited for how far you’ll go.
