Alternating REMOM

 

– Goal: 150 Wall Balls (9/6kg) for time

 

– Scale back to 120 or 90 reps

 

– Conditions: Wall Balls are performed every second minute but the number is limited to the number of reps performed in the previous minute, rotating every minute on the minute (REMOM) through:

 

1. Toes-to-Bar @ minute 0, 6, 12, 18, 24
2. Wall Balls (9/6kg)
3. Box Jumps (24/20”) @ minute 2, 8, 14, 20, 26
4. Wall Balls
5. Alt Lunges (9/6kg) @ minute 4, 10, 16, 22, 28
6. Wall Balls

 

 

– e.g. if you complete 15 Toes-to-Bar in the first minute you may only perform a maximum of 15 Wall Balls in the following minute, if you then perform 20 Box Jumps in the next minute you may only perform a maximum of 20 Wall Balls in the minute after that, and so on with Lunges and then back to Toes-to-Bar….

 

– any uncompleted reps from previous rounds cannot be carried over to following rounds
– 30 minute time cap
