– We’ll be running heats for 23.1 from 5.30am with the last heat to begin at 8.10am. No Weightlifting specific class at 6.30am but there will be a weightlifting program on the board to follow. Don’t rock up at 8.10am assuming there’ll be space for you, get in earlier to make sure.
– You don’t need to have registered for the Open to do the workout but the equipment will be prioritised for those who have.
– There will be an extra workout on the board to complete as well if you want to.
