10 Hang Power Cleans (35/25kg)

10 Double Unders
– 30 minute time cap
– if Double Unders are a particular weakness you could do all the other movements back to back and spend 60 to 90 seconds at the end of each round practising the skipping instead 5 mini intervals along the way.
This is a photo of the shed in our back yard where it all began ten years ago and it’s still pretty much the same. Ironically most of you will be performing a workout today in your home gym. We operated out of the shed for about six months before we moved to a proper commercial location at 655 Toohey Road. Here’s our very first member, Jeff, getting the full attention of the coaching staff. Good times.
