For time:

400m Run

20 Burpees

400m Run

19 Burpees

400m Run

18 Burpees

…. continue this pattern all the way down to 1 Burpee.

 

Scaling:

#1 Reduce the distance on the run, complete all rounds.

#2 5 rft: 400m Run, 20 Burpees
