WOD – Tuesday, 07/06/11

Incrementing Ladder:
Ring Dips
Pushups
Beginning at 1Β Ring Dip in the first minute, increase the number of reps by 1 each minute until you are unable to complete the required number of reps within the minute. Then, starting at the last number of reps successfully completed in a minute, continue in the same fashion with pushups.

    Today was surprisingly fun πŸ™‚ Love how un-co I am on the rings but my hidden 6pack is now more defined thanks to the extra sit-ups. πŸ™‚

    Whilst Paula is my inspiration I am not yet at the stage where I can do two workouts a day. Thus Sonia is meant to be under Paula not me again. πŸ™‚

      Corrected. Not just two workouts a day Steph, but simultaneously as well! Not even Paula can do that.
