    Do girl guide cookies count as non- paleo/zone? They are so delicious surely the recommended daily intake is 1xpacket???? Oh why did I start eating them… take them away!!!

    Awesome workout! Was actually considering coming again tonight but then thought better of it 🙂 awesome work jo! Was that rxd ? That would make it your second eh? Either way nice job! U should have been there for the toe to toe challenge Paula and I were having 🙂 was great.

    I was going to ask if anyone else had sore toes from tonight’s WOD but then realised it was from wearing my 10cm heels to work today! 🙂
