10 Sep WOD – Saturday, 11/09/10
Not quite Tabata.
Complete 5 rounds of 30secs work and 10 secs rest at each of the following stations:
Row (for calories)
Push ups
Squats
Pull ups
Box jumps (20″)
Leg raises
Take exactly one minute rest between stations.
Record your lowest score for each station and add them together for a total score.
Post score to comments.
