Hey guys jus saw a Crossfit team in the lobby woohoo will miss the run tomorrow so sad but paula gave me an alternate wod for the hotel room so I will post my results hahaha then send a pic of tomorrows regionals
Hey all hope u enjoy the run. I did:
Amrap 15 mins
30 push ups
30 squats
30 bicycles
30 dips
30 calf raises
3 complete sets.
Not a great wod it’s hard to do it on ur own in a hotel room with no joggers

Cam’s iPhone totalled the distance as 4.62 klm. So, great news everyone, you all get to do it again soon on the new, improved and LONGER course! I can hear the jubilation from here.
