We will meet for each session at the park: Netball Courts in Russ Hall Park, Salisbury, Allandale St entrance – take Dulcie St off Orange Grove Rd.

    Hey guys jus saw a Crossfit team in the lobby woohoo will miss the run tomorrow so sad 🙁 but paula gave me an alternate wod for the hotel room so I will post my results hahaha then send a pic of tomorrows regionals 🙂

    Hey all hope u enjoy the run. I did:
    Amrap 15 mins
    30 push ups
    30 squats
    30 bicycles
    30 dips
    30 calf raises
    3 complete sets.
    Not a great wod it’s hard to do it on ur own in a hotel room with no joggers 🙂

    Cam’s iPhone totalled the distance as 4.62 klm. So, great news everyone, you all get to do it again soon on the new, improved and LONGER course! I can hear the jubilation from here.
