    Hi Jim. I was looking on the leader board and noticed that my Annie time must be from a year or so ago. My PR for this workout was 6:20 (rx’d) on April 17 (last month). I did it while everyone else did Grace. Nothing like those awesome times Jess and Jack did…

    Hi crew
    I imagine quite a few of us have “Annie” abs and wanted to remind you that day 2 of DOMS is always the worst. Please substitute any isolated ab exercises as needed while you are recovering.
