Posted at 07:48h, 27 JuneIll post my time tonight, i only have a 16Kg KB here so it that ok Jim? also are we using KB for turkish getup? Ive also ordered some rings to throw over our Footy Posts as there is a couple guys from Crossfit Coast here.

Posted at 08:16h, 27 JuneIt always depends on your ability to complete the exercise with quality movement. 16kg is fairly heavy for most with a TGU, but kettlebells in general are perfect for the exercise. Try something lighter first.
Rings will be good. Enjoy.
