    B) 5 x 3 bent over barbell row
    C) 5RFT:
    150m row, 12 burpees, 12 heavy wall balls (15kg), 2 min rest.
    A) 100kg
    B) 90kg
    C) No freakin clue. Too busy gasping for air.
