10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – 10
Score = Total load of successful sets
eg. (10 x 30) + (8 x 40) + (6 x 50)…
– beginning every 3 minutes, each set must be unbroken continuous reps
– you can only add weight if the previous set was successful
– maximum of 10kg increase per set
– you can take off as much weight as you like
