The CrossFit King Online PB Board is alive, although there are still some minor improvements yet to be made. Just click on the icon at the right of the screen. See the general notice board at the gym to get your username and password. Once you have logged in you can change the password.
If your name was previously on the PB whiteboards that have been allocated to other purposes I have still got all the data that was on there. You can get this data from me and transfer it to the online whiteboard.
When you post your scores for benchmark workouts (the ones with names) unless you have included “Rx” it will be assumed that you have scaled or modified that workout to some degree.
