P.S. To all you able folk burpeeing it up tomorrow, if you missed Jimmy’s reveal of the secret behind the “efficient burpee” last month – definitely beat it out of him again… well maybe not beat, but definitely ask.

I thought I’d integrate writing names up with shoulder rotations, tricep shoulder stretches and the like. I think Jo D’s gloves helped more though. Thanks Jo!
