– compare to 18/04/15 – Partner WOD. One partner works while the other rests. 200m relay run, then alternate movements. No rest between rounds.

– compare to 23/05/15 – Partner WOD. One partner works while the other rests. 400m relay runs, then go 1 for 1 on the Clean and Jerks. If the Rx’d weights are comfortable go heavier.
