10 SDHP (45/30kg)
10 Thrusters (45/30kg)
1 Minute Rest

– Partner WOD. One partner works while the other rests. 200m relay run, then alternate movements. No rest between rounds.


For time:
1.6km Run
21 Clean and Jerk (70/47.5kg)
800m Run
21 Clean and Jerk (70/47.5kg)
1.6km Run
compare to 23/05/15
– Partner WOD. One partner works while the other rests. 400m relay runs, then go 1 for 1 on the Clean and Jerks. If the Rx’d weights are comfortable go heavier.
