We’ll be starting a private Facebook group so we don’t have to keep bombarding the public page with regular updates. We will also be sending out an email to all current members that will hopefully address the many questions you might have.

 

A)
12-10-8-6-4-4-4
– complete the first set of each at 40% of your 1Rm and attempt to add weight for each new set

 

 

1)
Back Squat

 

2)
Deadlift

 

and / or

 

B)
4 x 4 minute AMRAPs

 

Minutes 1 and 3
15 Squat Jumps, 15 V-Ups

 

Minutes 2 and 4
15 Pushups, 15 Russian Twists

 

– rest 2 minutes between each 4 minute interval
– in the first minute complete 15 Squat Jumps, if you do, move straight into the 15 V-Ups
– at the start of the second minute begin your 15 Pushups, if you complete them within the minute move straight into the 15 Russian Twists
– at the start of the third minute pick up where you left off with the first couplet
– at the start of the fourth minute pick up where you left off with the second couplet
– repeat 4 times
