– the goal in this workout is to get some good volume in without smashing yourself for a potential thruster-fest in 21.3

– adjust load round by round to give yourself the workout that builds confidence in working hard and getting the job done

 

Throwback to lockdown last year one of our members doing home workouts was given this bit of inspiration by their kid. Something in there for everyone.
