On Saturday, Jan 28, we will have a plyo box-making session at the gym after the morning classes are over.  If you have  put your name down for a box and cannot attend the session we will put it together for you.  Michael Lobb is arranging the ply and joining materials, all you need to bring is a drill and/or plane if you’ve got one. Don’t stress if you haven’t there will probably enough to get the job done.

    Hey Jimmy, I forgot to mention to you that a shower head broke off yesterday… Just so you know, I did it for time and took 7.4 seconds to break it, which is a new PB. Let me know if I need to replace it as I know I can beat that next time.
