Posted at 13:16h, 07 May2 years ago I did my first crossfit wod at cfk. I did a 31kg front squat (I can now do 80kg) a 28.5kg press (I can now do 42.5kg) and did ‘Helen’ with a 12kg kettle bell and green band pull-ups in 14:50mins. I can now do it rxd in 9:12mins.
The moral of my story guys is to keep crossfitting and training hard and you will get results and improvements in your training!!
