Note: The gym will be closed for the public holidays on Good Friday, April 6 and Easter Monday, April 9. We will be posting workouts that you can do at home. We are open on Saturday, April 7.
ADDITION TO THE TIMETABLE: As of today we are adding a 9:30am class to the timetable with the view to adding Thursday 9:30am some time in the coming months. Also, we are asking for expressions of interest from members in adding a Weightlifting class to the timetable. This was a scheduled class in the early days of CFK but it faded out due to lack of attendance. However membership has grown considerably since then so we are offering it to you again, and conditions will apply. If you are interested nominate your preference on the board at the gym.
