  OK, let’s clear this up. It’s actually a compliment to Sarah’s fantastic improvements in her deadlift. She held sets of 5 at above her bodyweight last night and made it look easy. “Light weight!” is a common CF motivational call that relates back to an event where an athlete was shifting some seriously heavy weight and screamed “Light weight!!” after the successful lift, pumping himself up and the crowd too. It’s a famous CF moment.
