DATE CLAIMER  – NOVEMBER 26, CrossFit King, End of Year BBQ after the morning workouts.
To clarify some points about the new timetable:
The only 9.30am session that is no longer on the timetable is the Saturday session. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9.30am sessions are still running.
Monday and Thursday 6pm sessions are open to GrabOne voucher holders from next week onwards due to the 7pm session being taken off but it is a normal CrossFit session, not an Open Gym.
April is prepared to begin the mobility class at 6.45am on Saturday morning for those of you who are keen to get 45 minutes worth. Please indicate through “Comments” if you would like for her to offer that option. She also said that she is starting her own 30 day Paleo Challenge as of November 1 with no prize incentives but motivational consequences in store if you transgress.

    I’ll attend 6.45 mobility classes. I plan on carrying on the paleo too. But will probably transgress at times; can’t go 2 months being anti-social and not catching up with people over coffee or dinner! Especially at this time of year…

        Thanks Sue! No pull ups for me for a while though. Bummed my hands gave out halfway through. Between my ‘princess hands’ and those bloody push ups! Barbara will not get the best of me though…

        Megan “Princess Hands” or “pH” Probyn:
        Rnd 1 * 0.00-5:05 = 5:05
        Rnd 2 * 8:05-13:24 = 5:19
        Rnd 3 * 16:34-22:55 = 6:31 (sub dips for pullups due to sore hand, in turn making the pushups harder)
        Rnd 4 * 25:55-33:57 = 8:02 (ditto above)
        Rnd 5 * 36:57-44:17 = 7:20 (back to pullups)
        TOTAL = 32:17

          RND 5 was 10 pull ups, 10 dips. Had to compromise so I didn’t take all day to get those push ups done!

    I can’t attend Sat mornings, but if you were to do a night class at 7pm again, I would be there!! I will also continue on with the paleo eating but with not being as strict when it comes to socializing….
