    If anyone is interested a few of us are doing the “50Days no Sugar Challenge” starting on Sunday 1 July. You can find the event on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/events/318515268236921/ To make the challenge more interesting if at any time we break this and have sugar it’s the usual burpee honesty system to be done at the end.
    Whilst on the topic of food – if anyone is interested we have a Facebook group called “Healthy Eating Recipe Swap” where we swap interesting ideas and recipes usually with a Paleo theme but not always. The group consists of mainly CFK members and friends. If you are interested in joining you can search on the name and request to join or ask around and I am sure you will find someone to add you to the group.
