Posted at 20:41h, 20 MarchGot to the 8th Rep, into the 9th round before running out of time. Looked around to see everyone still moving which made the impact of ‘failure’ much worse. Tried to keep moving but was deflated and defeated. Wrote my score on the board before anyone else (because they were all still succeeding at the WOD). Moral of the story: Stop looking at what other people are doing and judging your self and effort on what you see – because you never see it all.

Posted at 07:35h, 21 MarchAlso, regardless of your level of fitness, failure is guaranteed. We all wish we could have done just one more round. Don’t sweat it, just try to do better next time.

Posted at 07:32h, 21 MarchComplete 1 rep in the first minute, where a 10m shuttle = 1 rep for the run (Get a big long rest)
2 reps in the second minute. (Get a big, but not quite so long, rest)
3 reps in the third minute. (Less rest again)
And so on until you can’t complete the required number of reps in the minute. Game over, or continue subbing in a different exercise that you can do the required number of reps of. e.g.. siutps, squats until failure
