    You may have noticed there is a list on the whiteboard for people interested in doing Stampede (http://brisbane.thestampede.com.au/). Stampede is a 10km or 5km obstacle course where you get really muddy and wet. How fun! It’s on the 8th of Sept in Woodford and it’s PERFECT for cross fitters.
    We’re going to register a team and spots are quickly selling out so I’m getting on to it today! It’s $80 for the 10km. I am going to register a team for the 10km (even though I’ve never run 10km’s in my life :/ – may as well do it hardcore if at all!). If you’re interested, all you need to do is log in using the email and password I start for the team and add your details and pay! So if you are keen, email me (bianca.crow91 at gmail.com) and I’ll give you the secret detes

    My arch-nemisis on the white board, Trent.. Are you mocking me..?! I will be happy with 1 round every 2 minutes.. And then I will lay on the floor like a dying seagul for 5 minutes.

          Sorry, I couldn’t figure out hexadecimal so I went binary instead, so instead of understated now he looks phenomenal.

            But binary to hex is easy! You just group into fours starting at the lowest digit and pad the front: so
            10010 becomes
            0001 0010
            0001=1; 0010=2; so
            10010 = 0x12 rounds
            (plus 0xB squats)
            ‘Course we’d have to drop the 0x prefix, though the B is a give away…
            Nice result!

    Hey CFKsters,
    Everyone put in a great effort today and for some of you an awesome first Cindy Rx. Well done to all. Now about DOMS…..I suspect a few of you will know about this tomorrow but especially Saturday. You must do some light exercise and get blood flowing. Sitting around will make it worse.
    Enjoy the aftermath….. It’s evidence of your hard work (provided you got your formula right)!!!!!
