    Evens: 1 x power clean; 1 x hang squat clean; 4 x front squats (40kg)
    Odds: 3 muscle-ups or 3 ring dips and 3 strict pull-ups
    WOD – 1km row, then 21-15-9 KB swings (20kg) and burpees
    Jo: 10:52
