Posted at 09:19h, 11 AugustTo quote Zapp Brannigan: “We need rest. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is spongy and bruised.”
… I should be in for the 1700 session though.

Posted at 09:57h, 11 AugustMaybe try quoting Laura Brannigan instead:
I, I live among the creatures of the night
I haven’t got the will to try and fight
Against a new tomorrow
so I guess I’ll just believe it
that tomorrow never comes
(from Self Control)
or maybe this sums it up better (from the same song):
Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh

Posted at 12:10h, 11 AugustDear Jimmy,
Are Dagwood Dogs and Fairy Floss considered Paleo? Can you recommend a showbag that best represents the Paleo values?
Jim King
Posted at 12:48h, 11 AugustIngesting the vast number of microbes present on a Dagwood Dog probably tips it into the paleo category as a source of living protein. If possible go for the free range, grass fed Fairy Floss. As for the showbags, eat whichever one you can afford, just don’t eat what’s inside it, that stuff will kill you.
