Every minute, on the minute, complete 10m shuttle runs starting with one and incrementing by one every minute.
ie. By the end of the first minute you should have completed one 10m shuttle within that minute. By the end of the second minute you should have completed two 10m shuttles within that minute (so a total of three so far including the one completed during the first minute) and so on.
This is a good reason why many of the workouts have names – once you know what they are, it doesn’t take half an hour to explain it.
