Thursday, 07/05/15

This Saturday we will be running the WOD for Nepal. This is a fundraising event that is open to all of our members to be involved in but also to get a non-CrossFit friend involved as well. For a cash donation to the fundraiser they will participate in a workout alongside our regular members, so come along on Saturday, bring a friend, donate to this worthy cause.

Can you believe it Christian? Once again,I’m away when Jimmy programs this workout! I promise I’ll get it done though (and I haven’t forgotten about it all those years ago when I made you do it but skipped it myself)… Hahaha!

    What does Sc mean?

Sc stands for “Scaled”. That is, you reduced the reps or the weight for one or more of the movements, or chose an easier version of one or more movements according to your level of ability to meet the demands of the workout.
Rx or Rx’d stands for “Recommended”. That is, you performed the movements exactly as prescribed.

Zac was so inspired by watching everyone do this that he went home and completed it in 46:28 Rx – First ever CrossFit work out!
