30 x 10m Sled Drags (1:1:1) – Today’s program gives us a chance to do some less common movements and for you to challenge yourself in a range of capacities that is difficult to do with the regular workouts. There might not be time for everyone to get through all the work, but rip in and get through as much as you can.
