Posted at 10:10h, 04 AprilJust regarding the scoring system for the healthy habits challenge….due to confusion over this I have slightly altered the way you will make your calculations. See my example below.
Day 1 = start at 5 points for HH and 7 points for paleo
I eat a piece of bread and lose 1 point and perform 5 burpees.
my score for day 1 would be 4 for HH and 6 for paleo
Day 2 = no indiscretions so I score a full 5 points or 7 points.
Day 3 = lose 3 points for 3 biscuits = 2 points for HH and 4 points for paleo
etc
At the end of 7 days I will tally up my total score for the week and write it up on the whiteboard. I will also email this to April for accountability and assure her that I did do my burpees and was honest all the week through

Posted at 12:35h, 04 AprilTried my first ever espresso shot today due to my limited milk consumption. Far out… Straight rum is easier to drink. So that, combined with the 13.5 announcement, and I’ve had the shakes since 10:30am.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
Etc.
