    @ 1 min into plank, Trent: 3 min plank?… Bianca: ah ok fine if I have to!

      B, I gotta say I love that you always get us to do push-ups and a plank after the WOD. I know I’d never do it otherwise. Thanks for the motivation you give us every morning. BOOM to you, dude.

        Aw thanks megan. Im touched! It’s good to know my bossy tendencies are appreciated sometimes. hahaha.
        Training/laughing/being a silly sausage with you all every morning makes xfit even MORE worth it. Yeah!.. MORE. Didn’t even know that was possible!!
