Another reason or two for me to go to CrossFit:
    1. It’s the closest thing to a high I will ever get!
    2. I own it! (the gym not CrossFit that is)
    3. I get to hear some of you swear at me occasionally!
    4. Death stares give me a good belly laugh!
    5. I discover often that I am capable of more than I thought I was.
    6. I have tons of energy and strength for my kids!
    7. The energy back from the members is life giving! Thanks

101 Reasons (for time) to go to Crossfit continued:
      * You can grunt your way through a workout and throw the weights down on the floor when you’re done without having everyone stop and turn to stare, or worse – throw you out of the gym!
      * Went to the mall today with the wife and was walking around with no shirt on. A security guard comes up to me and says: “Excuse me sir, you have to wear a shirt in the mall.” I look him in the eye and say: “I’m a Crossfitter. We don’t have to wear shirts.”

If you’re not going to wear our shirt then “CrossFit King” tattoo templates are on the way. Don’t stay down for too long after the workout or we’ll ink you where you lie.

My theory is, as I said to Minh…”we are not only getting older we are also getting better!” Thanks for the ongoing unceasing inspiration A&J.

I’ll do them with you Jack, although I’d rather keep my score private. If you don’t say it out loud, maybe it never happened 😉
