Posted at 12:43h, 27 OctoberOne of the things I love about CFK is the amazingly supportive atmosphere. Huge & heartfelt thanks to Ali, Craig & Alex who not only did “Glen” themselves, but went rep-for-rep with me for 100 burpees. Glen wasn’t the only hero in that WOD.
PS: Simon & I agreed later in the car park that there’s no way we would have done that for anyone.
