Posted at 08:12h, 23 JulyJust went for a 5km run up Tooheys forest to clear my mind a little. Felt like I could just keep running, but unfortunately my greyhound didn’t feel the same way. He is a sprinter, not an endurance runner!! I hope you all have a great time in Noosa. I look forward to hearing how it all goes. I will probably see you all back at the gym on Monday. Again, thanks everyone for your condolences and support!
