    Sorry I missed this morning at CFK. What with armageddon happening today (again??) I just wanted to tidy up the unit and get the washing on the line.

      For goodness sake, will you get your apocalyptic prophecies together please? Today is just the day when an event will occur that triggers the end of the world. The actual end is in exactly 5 months time as a result of today’s “event”, so your clothes should be dry by then.

    Hey Jim. I will come tomorrow, but can Christian come too? he’s not interested in training I just want to show him the gym and let him see what we do, so that when I tell him about the WOD he might understand a little more. I guess you never he might feel totally inspired and decide to join too lol.
