      I think I did scale #3 – I didn’t write it up sorry…
      On a brighter note I did my first 20″ box jump today – Yay! Thanks to Kate, Steph and Christian for their encouragement!!!

    Bigup to Paula and Brendan for getting out to CrossFit Foxes and flying our flag. Extra bigup to Gus – what a champion – throwing down with the grown-ups and looking right at home under a barbell in the squats and push press. He reckons he got 30kg above his head (he weighs 39kg with his socks on) but I didn’t see it so we’ll have to do take his proud parents’ word for it.
    Also cheering them on was Jeff, Steph and Christian. Siebzig! and loving it.

      What also needs a mention mr. King is that u box jumped a 70cm box 70times!!!! I dont think any other competitor did that!!! The german stubbornness from the german counting must have helped u through 🙂 great effort is was awesome to see

    Still exhausted after doing 2 WODs in a row? No idea how I backed up the modified Roy after doing yesterday’s rowing/skipping workout. Still not sure I did 5 rounds but too tired to care!!! Jack, you should be so glad you didn’t stick around for today’s proper work out. It was hardwork after doing that other WOD.
