Posted at 08:58h, 13 DecemberSo fantastic to do a WOD at KB CrossFit Hervey Bay that consisted of front squat, hang snatch and split jerk and have the owner say that I have been coached very well and am a credit to my coaches! So thanks to all of the trainers at CFK – you guys rock!!!
