7 Deadlifts (142.5 / 102.5kg)
200m Run
15 Pullups
45 Seconds Rest
We did a workout similar to this earlier in the week with the deadlifts in smaller sets. If you did that workout consider the weight you used and come into the gym with a sensible idea of what weight would be suitable for this workout. With a total of 49 deadlifts factor in fatigue as well. Of course the coaches will help to advise you and monitor your form.
