Saturday, 11/02/12

* Saturday – There will only be the 7.30am class due to the Hard’nup Challenge, so neither the Mobility class or the 8.30am session are on.
If you can make it along to watch April, Pip and Jess compete at the Challenge they would love your support and entry to the Chandler Velodrome is free on Saturday. We hope to see you there.  The first heat begins at 8.30am and they run through to approximately 3pm across three gruelling workouts. We wish them well.
You can check in on the results throughout the day by visiting:

Unoffical result (from my garmin) had me clock in at just over 58km, so happy with the result. No ipods allowed, so lots of time to think!

Congrats and a big well done to Pip, April and Jess for the awesome job they did at the Hardn up challenge today. It was bloody hot out there and I think their efforts were heroic. The best people were definitely out there representing Crossfitking today.
