    Sorry – stupid sister confession – Katherine got 131 reps. 3 rounds + bj + 8 pp. I missed out the 15 bjs which added up to the 116 I put on the board. She IS right – it’s a conspiracy!

    Awesome morning in the box. I think special mention goes out to a few people. Michael, first time he’d pressed over 50 kg and the two Jo’s and Kath L, only just been able to get toes to bar and to have done that many reps! Nice work guys. We should all be proud of what we achieved today.

      Woohoo, that was a fun way to spend a sat morning!!! Awesome efforts all round the box. Megan – your box jumps improved out of sight – very cool! 🙂 Looking forward to next weeks surprise(with little butterflies)!

    That was awesome just watching some of the efforts! Jan mate you were firing me up so thanks for that! just so good to be apart of and makes you want for more. Jeez i just would like a few new bits and pieces that don’t ache so much…..thanks Jimmy and Dave for trying to get that last PP outa me! cheers all

    It was a great feeling arriving at the box today… I could hear the first group doing their first round of box jumps out in the car park…. there has been a great buzz about the box*these last few Saturday with the games… Thanks everyone for their inspirational efforts.
