    Gotta love the 100’s!!! And this is why you should love crossfit Josh. Because instead of waking up feeling lousy and hungover like some people would on a Saturday morning, or being lazy and unmotivated and staying in bed way to long, you get to come into Crossfit King and hang out with an awesome bunch of people, get crazy butterflies in your stomach, before doing an insane workout that will leave you feeling exhausted and absolutely amazing for the rest of the day. And the best part is being able to enjoy a protein bar or shake at the end of the workout and knowing you’ve earned it! Woo hoo, bring it on!!!! I can’t wait 🙂

    Im getting a lot of intellectual support for my willpower on the Paleo diet from Rob Wolf. I got his book The Paleo Solution on Kindle. It’s funny and informative; and his podcast is also very good. I’ve started from the beginning and I’m up to the third show.
    I’ve also read Mark Sisson’s “Primal Blueprint”, and while it’s good, I’d recommend Rob’s book and podcast over it – if you only have time to read one.

      I agree, Rob Wolf writes with humour and intelligence. Take it the next step and when you are ready pick up ‘Primal Body – Primal Mind’ by Nora Gedgaudas – it’ll get you thinking along whole new lines……

      (Speaking of which, Dave if you check in, can you leave the website of that supplement place in Sydney? I thought it was proteinweigh, but I can’t find anything like that on the internetz)
