Thanks to Dan for sharing these images with us. Dan has been fighting some major battles over the past few years. When he started at CFK even the lightest workout would leave him in a lather of sweat and ready to pass out, and that was on a GOOD day! This was due to a very unhappy combination of coming to terms with CrossFit workouts, a comprehensive collection of medications vital for his survival running through his system and considerable sleep deprivation due to the side effects of the drugs. One year into his CrossFit journey he has made remarkable progress for which we would like to congratulate him.
